We specialize in ANPR "Automatic Number Plate Recognition" being the first company in Australia
that uses IP based digital cameras for high resolution capture.

The system can be fixed or mobile with the VISEC software providing High Definition digital capture.
The old IR based analog systems are quite primitive compared to Digital. 
These older systems gave grainy black and white images of the cars number plate which in the
end is useless if the car plates are stolen, usually the case at petrol stations.
The system takes a picture of the car driver and the plate up to 5 Mega pixel in size.

We deploy this solution using VISEC ANPR software   VISEC ANPR
Areas such as: Parking, Gas stations, Check points, Guard houses and Car parks can all benefit from ANPR.

ZMX-506   15 Meter Range

The 506 combines a high-performance plate-capture camera with colour-overview functionality to monitor surrounding areas, providing information on vehicle type, colour, and shape. When integrated with the external License Plate Recognition (LPR) software, the SCR506 can also capture non-reflective plates at short range (less than 5 meters). This camera plays a dual role, capturing license-plates and monitoring surrounding areas.

The camera’s outstanding feature set ensures seamless integration and enhanced performance when used in conjunction with external LPR software. The 506 is equipped with powerful 850 nm IR to ensure that it works perfectly even in total darkness to deliver clear plate images. Its varifocal IR-corrected lens and IR day/night mode keep it in focus day and night to optimize its round-the-clock image-capture capabilities. In short, the 506 provides the kind of reliability and day-and-night surveillance-and-capture performance crucial to maximizing the efficiency of LPR applications.

The camera integrates four intelligent traffic modes that enable it to adjust automatically to the image-capture environment. Intelligent traffic cameras adjust to the mode appropriate for conditions, enabling them to monitor surrounding areas to gather information on vehicle type, colour and shape.

• Scheduled ICR Day/Night Switching
Users can schedule automatic switches between colour and b/w modes. The advantage of scheduled switching over sensor-based switching is that the latter can inadvertently shift modes when subjected to transitory external lighting changes, capturing b/w images in daylight and colour images at night. Scheduled switching ensures the camera remains unaffected by such external factors and continues to capture images in the correct mode.

• Headlight Suppression
CatchAll™ II technology enables the camera to suppress high-beam headlights and capture crisper, clear images for identification.

• Shadow Adjustment
The shadow adjustment function adjusts exposure levels in shadowed portions of images to make dark areas more visible while retaining detail in bright areas. Similar to the WDR technology, this function enables the camera to capture clear images in extreme high-contrast lighting environment.

• 3D DNR
3D noise reduction is a powerful method for reducing image noise that produces extremely clear images even in very dim lighting conditions.
